"I enjoy teaching Taekwondo because it gives me the opportunity to meet and work with people from all age ranges and walks of life. Teaching helps me to hone my skills; in order to teach, I have to understand it. I also value the chance to contribute to the school where others have helped and trained me."
Mrs. Dugan’s favorite part of Taekwondo is Poomse training. She enjoys the challenge it brings to both mind and body. Her favorite kick is the 360 back spinning kick because of the power and precision.
Mrs. Dugan is a Registered nurse and research consultant. She is a member of the Royal College of Nursing located in the United Kingdom. She presently serves as Chairman of the National Defense, Irondequoit Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Mrs. Dugan is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, Operation Desert Storm / Provide Comfort. She enjoys gardening, reading sewing and anything with her family.
